Hi, I’m Hazel

I’m a registered nutritional therapist and the founder of The Verve Clinic, where I support women in midlife to improve their energy, metabolism and long-term health through practical nutrition and lifestyle changes.

My approach is simple: focus on the fundamentals that make the biggest difference - things like protein, fibre, blood sugar balance and gut health.
