Your body has thousand of clocks -

let's get them back in sync

Grab your free 7-day email guide with simple evidence-based steps to help you glide through the clock change

The clocks change by just one hour, but from perimenopause onwards it can throw your sleep, energy and mood off for days.

That’s because you don’t have one body clock, you have thousands, set by light, food and movement. When the clocks go back (a whole other debate!), your internal clocks fall out of step.

For 7 mornings, starting Monday 19 October, you’ll receive an email explaining what’s really going on, with simple steps to try that day. You’ll get the inside scoop on how much light your clock really needs (and how to measure it on your phone), why breakfast is the food version of morning light, and how to shift gently so Sunday doesn’t knock you sideways.

No challenge, nothing complicated. Just the science, made practical.

The Details

Free. One email a morning, Monday 19 October

About

Hi, I’m Hazel. I’m a BANT-registered nutritional therapist, and I’ve spent over 20 years helping women feel more like themselves through perimenopause and beyond.

I’m also postmenopausal, so this isn’t just theory for me. I’m navigating midlife one step at a time too, with the occasional 4am wake-up to prove it. I’m a self-confessed science geek, but I grew up on a farm in Devon, so I like my advice practical, grounded and doable.

I’d love you to join me for the week.

Eat with Verve. Live with Rhythm.
